Exceptional taste in UI and UX. A feel for the details that make an interface clear, thoughtful, and a pleasure to use. Help us bring that level of craft to hardware design.

What you’ll do

  • Turn complex hardware workflows into intuitive product experiences.
  • Take ideas from user flows and prototypes through polished interfaces.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to get the details right.

What you bring

  • A portfolio that shows excellent visual taste, interaction design, and UX thinking.
  • An AI-native workflow: you use AI naturally to explore, prototype, and iterate, while your judgment sets the quality bar.

Connect hardware realities with software possibilities. Help shape products for people building physical things, with a clear understanding of both sides of the stack.

What you’ll do

  • Understand hardware builders’ needs and turn them into clear product priorities.
  • Define workflows, requirements, and success criteria with design and engineering.
  • Guide features from the customer problem through delivery and feedback.

What you bring

  • A background spanning hardware and software, with practical experience of how they work together.

Build in TypeScript and Rust, and help AI agents do useful, reliable work. Bring an open mind, strong engineering judgment, and curiosity about better ways to build.

What you’ll do

  • Build and improve our products across TypeScript and Rust.
  • Develop agents and the harnesses around them: tools, context management, evaluations, and feedback loops.
  • Make agent execution reliable through testing, observability, and thoughtful failure handling.

What you bring

  • Experience building software with TypeScript and Rust.
  • An AI-native approach to engineering, with the ability to inspect, test, and improve AI-generated work.
  • The capability to develop agents and harnesses, beyond calling a model API.
  • An open-minded attitude: you question assumptions, explore new approaches, and learn quickly.
